Privacy policy

This policy covers Website Landlord Keywords, operated by Ollie Robb. It applies to this information website and the private keyword research tool.

Google data accessed

The tool uses an authorised Google Ads service account with read-only account access. It retrieves accessible Ads account identifiers, geographic target information and historical keyword planning estimates. Keyword requests include the phrases, geography, language and network chosen by the owner.

Purpose and use

Google data is used to authenticate access, identify the authorised account and assess Australian keyword demand. The tool’s available functions are account lookup, geographic lookup and historical keyword metrics.

Storage and security

Research requests and responses are saved in the owner’s local project files. Authentication credentials are stored separately in a protected credential folder on the owner’s Mac. Credentials are kept out of published research and this public website. Research records are retained while useful for ongoing market analysis; the owner can delete them.

Sharing

Requests are sent to Google to provide API results. The owner may process research records using authorised research software and assistant tools, and may include aggregate keyword findings in market reports. The tool does not sell Google account data or use it to train AI models. Credentials and private account information are not intended for publication.

Website Landlord Keywords’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

This website

These information pages have no signup forms or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.

Access, deletion and revocation

The owner can delete local research and credentials, revoke the local Google login, and remove the service account from Google Ads access settings. For questions or a data request, contact ollierobb29@gmail.com.
